The long awaited summer season is already coming to a close. Soon it will be time to snuggle inside with your quilting plans.

We are looking forward to vending at Quilting Around Chautauqua (NY) in September and also a Butler, PA show in October.  It's always nice meet people who are excited to see all of the various quilts.

Back at the shop, we're planning a Quilt Documentation for October 28 & 29 - a Friday & Saturday.  All quilts brought in will be examined for fabric age, size, & quilting details.  These quits do not have to be antiques, but I'm sure many of them are.  This effort will produce a history of the quilts in Western PA & go into a future book.  It is sure to be an exciting event.  If you want to participate with your quilts, Please phone the shop to schedule a time slot for 1 of those days.

Stop in to see all of the new fabrics and kits that will be available.  They are sure to inspire.
